These terms apply when you use keyuramin.com, run the free AI visibility check or sign up for Get found. “We” and “us” means Keyur Amin, a sole trader based in Melbourne, Australia. “You” means the person using the website, or the business signing up.
Consulting work other than Get found is agreed separately with you in writing, and those terms apply to that work.
In short
- The free check is a guide to your public website, not a guarantee of anything.
- Get found has a setup fee you pay at sign-up. You pay the balance only if the agreed target is reached in time.
- Nobody can promise first place or that AI tools will always name you. We promise the work and an honest measurement against a target fixed in advance.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Using this website
You can read and share our public pages and resources. Please don’t misuse the website. For example, don’t try to get around its limits or security, or overload it with automated requests. We may limit or pause features, such as the free check, to keep them working for everyone.
The free AI visibility check
- The check reads the public pages of the website you enter and reports what it finds. It’s automated, so it can miss things or be wrong. Treat it as a guide, not professional advice.
- Anything the check can’t test automatically is marked for a full review instead of being guessed.
- Answers from AI tools change from one ask to the next, and can differ from what someone sees in the tools’ own apps.
- Only check websites you’re allowed to look at for a legitimate reason, such as your own business or a business you work with.
- The check is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
Get found
What we do
- Website fixes. We fix the gaps in your report within 5 working days of getting access to your website and accounts. The list of fixes comes from your own report, and you see it before you sign up.
- Over the next 6 weeks, we add answers to your customers’ questions, create a page for each service, and update your Google Business Profile and listings in directories AI tools read.
- Weekly checks. We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity your five agreed questions before we start and every week for 6 weeks, and send you the dated answers.
- Phone speed and slow server or hosting problems aren’t included.
What we need from you
- Give us access by inviting us from your own accounts, following the steps in your confirmation email. We never ask for your passwords.
- Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us if something changes.
- Approve changes to your listings. We don’t change a listing without your OK.
- Keep your website online, and let us know before you or someone else makes big changes to it during the 6 weeks.
The 6 weeks start when we confirm we’ve received access. If access takes longer, the work starts later. You don’t lose any of the 6 weeks.
Your five questions
You choose five questions at sign-up, the way a customer would ask an AI tool. Each must be about a service you offer, in your suburb or one nearby, and can’t include your business name. These are the agreed questions the target is measured on.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the sign-up page and in your confirmation email. It’s in Australian dollars and includes GST. There are no monthly fees.
- Setup fee. You pay the setup fee when you sign up. It’s included in the total price and covers the setup work. It’s non-refundable, except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a refund.
- Balance. You pay the balance only if the target below is reached. Otherwise, you pay nothing more.
- Your saved card. When you pay the setup fee, Stripe keeps your card (or other payment method) on file for the balance. You authorise us to charge the balance to it if the target is reached.
- Before we charge. When the target is reached, Keyur checks the answers, and we email you that the balance will be charged in 3 days. You then get a tax invoice. If the payment doesn’t go through, we email you the invoice so you can pay it online.
- If the target isn’t reached within 6 weeks of work starting, we remove your saved card and you pay nothing more.
The target
Named by ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for at least 3 of your 5 agreed questions, on two weekly checks in a row, within 6 weeks of work starting. Each question is asked 3 times in each tool, and counts when you’re named in at least 2 of the 3.
“Named” means the answer includes your business name or your website address. The checks before we start, and any extra checks, don’t count towards the target. Only the weekly checks do. We keep every answer, with its date, as the record of the result, and you can see them in your dashboard.
What we can’t promise
AI tools and search engines decide what they show, and they change how they work without notice. We don’t promise rankings, first place, a particular number of customers or that you’ll keep being named after the 6 weeks. That’s why the balance depends on a measured target, not on a promise.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under that law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for services not normally bought for personal or household use, our liability is limited to supplying the services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.
Ending early
You can stop Get found at any time by telling us. If you do, we stop the work and the weekly checks, remove your saved card, and you pay nothing more. The setup fee stays non-refundable, except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a refund.
We can end the service if you ask us to do something unlawful or misleading, or if we can’t do the work because access isn’t given. If we end it without a good reason on your side, we’ll refund the setup fee.
Your content and accounts
Your website, listings, content and accounts stay yours. The changes we make for you are yours to keep and use. Our tools, reports and methods stay ours.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
