How it works

1. A customer calls, texts or chats on your website, any time of day.
2. The receptionist answers from information you've approved: your services, area, hours and call-out fee.
3. For a normal job, it offers real free 2-hour windows from your calendar, reads the details back, and books only once the customer confirms.
4. The customer gets a confirmation by text and email, and you get the job details.
5. Burst pipe, gas smell, no water? It never books a normal slot. It gets a number to call and alerts you by text straight away. On a call, it can put them through to you.
6. Every conversation is saved, and you get a short daily summary.
