How pricing works
There's no price list here, on purpose. Two businesses can ask for the same thing and need very different work. So I price each job on the work involved and what it's worth to you.
We work out what the problem costs you
Missed calls, hours of admin, quotes gone cold. We put a rough dollar figure on it together.
You get a fixed quote
Before any work starts, you get one clear price for the build, plus what ongoing care costs if you want it. No hourly surprises.
It has to pay for itself
If the fix won't clearly save or earn you more than it costs, I'll tell you, and we won't do it.
What's it costing you now?
Rough numbers are fine. These are example figures, so change them to yours.
This is the number I'll ask you about on our chat. A good fix should win back a solid chunk of it, for a fraction of the cost.
Talk it through with meSmall business? Start small.
If it's just you, or you and a couple of staff, we can start with one low-risk fix, like bringing back past customers or following up quotes, and build from there once it's paid for itself.
Why don't you show prices?
Because a fair price depends on your business. A one-person shop and a busy clinic need very different setups. You'll always get a fixed quote before anything starts.
Is the first chat free?
Yes. The first 20-minute chat is free, and you'll leave it with at least one idea you can use, whether we work together or not.
Are there ongoing costs?
There's a one-off fee to build and set it up. After that, you can choose an optional monthly care plan: I keep an eye on it, fix anything that breaks and adjust it as your business changes. Any software or SMS costs are paid directly to the provider, so you always see exactly what they cost.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
That's what the test stage is for. You try it before your customers see it, and we don't switch it on until you're happy.
